We are working on a new Sales assignment for a US IT Solution vendor. In order to support their growth in the China market, they are intending to hire a dedicated FSI Sales Professional to look after major Banks, Stock Brokers and Insurance companies in the China market.
Note: Our client runs their sales organization very effectively and thus this sales position will be dedicated to look after the named customers in the FSI sector exclusively. That means there will not be any overlay or matrix structure and this position will be looking after the assigned FSI customers exclusively. This type of sales organization structure would be appreciated by many experienced Sales professionals who had long been frustrated by the complex structure in the behemoth type of IT Vendor environment. In a very big vendor environment, you spent a lot of times dealing with internal politics instead of presenting productive sales pitch to your clients.
Responsibilities:
Based in Beijing, China (travel in all major cities)
Dedicated to manage assigned territories/customers in the Banking, Finance and Insurance sectors.
Based in Beijing, China
Previous experience in managing the Big-4 major Chinese Banks. Advantage to have experience in selling IT solutions (whatever) to other stock brokers, iBanks and insurance companies.
Fluent in English and Mandarin.
University Graduate or equivalent.
